This house is so cute! The product arrived promptly and in good condition. No perch was included but the internet provided very good information. I've been keeping cage and aviary birds for forty years and didn't know how different the requirements are for chickens. I have Serama chickens and there is plenty of room for 2 roos and 3 hens. The house is located in a space 4' x 10' with a 30'x3'r alley run behind the parrot aviary. I made slight modifications which included raising the legs 8" by using "bed blocks" to allow the chickens to run under the house. The house is very sturdy and well built. A very good investment.

We upgraded to the Hillcrest fireplace. We are so happy with how it fits perfect in our sitting room and the heating elements are great. We place the thermo on 75 and it heats the whole room. We also like how you can change the fire color and height. There are numerous settings on the remote control. Was easy to assemble the fire place mantel and the heating element slips right in. It also shipped separate.

I ordered these for my wife because I needed something that would work with my sound bar and Bluetooth hearing aids.
