I've had this up about a week or so, and so far I love it. It took my husband 2 half days to put it together-- but he is pretty handy. I helped him hold some wall pieces here and there. He also built himself a "frame" out of scrap wood to use as a brace when he was assembling the roof. Normally I would say it's probably a two person job. Be sure you get the wall panels in the right place the first time, or it's a real hassle to try to take them apart again! We had a rain storm during assembly and right after fully assembled. Unfortunately it got quite wet inside. But it was heavy rain! We assembled the gazebo on a solid cement patio. We have now used clear caulk around the bottom both inside and outside the gazebo. We'll see how it goes when the next rain comes. However, the instructions do say this is not a "waterproof room". BummerWe've even now installed an air conditioner in one of the windows. (It gets hot here)... we built a simple wood frame to set it on outside, removed the screen from one panel, and set the window air conditioner in, just like you would in a house window. (To remove one of the screens, you have to take out both of the plastic windows, and remove two screws at the top of the screen.)The look of the gazebo is excellent. It looks very nice and classy. I had first received a quote from a builder to build a similar one to this on my back patio (a permanent structure gazebo)
