I love it and the other folks who bought it have been helpful with questions I've had. I'm still trying to keep out the last bit of rain that comes in through the floor. Otherwise, I really enjoy sitting out there.I put down Ikea snap together wood floor tiles and a portable a/c unit. Clean windows with Mr. Clean magic eraser pads and vinegar. Stick arm inside as much as u can and wipe with vinegar soaked pads. Helps to have skinny arms or a kid.
