I needed a main floor laundry so I don't have to traverse the basement stairs. None of the main floor closets or other nooks/crannies were suitable. Had this installed machine in a space under concrete counter in kitchen. Very good decision on my part. Machine is a dream - easily handles my laundry needs. I would like to mention that during the test run, the machine 'walked' and shook. Plumber had not removed shipping bolts. Once the bolts were removed, machine worked perfectly. I have owned a washer/dryer combo in the past and am well aware there is a difference in operation. This machine stops after the wash cycle ends - doesn't automatically begin the dry cycle. (There is a wash/dry cycle which I don't use). I like to run a separate dry cycle based on the type of laundry load.

Really solid playset that came with detailed instructions. Was missing a few screws and 2 bolts were the wrong size but nothing we couldn't pickup at the local hardware store. The installer was super hot (it was my husband) and did an amazing job putting it together. Our 3 year old loves it.
