It took one guy about 9 hours to do. It's good it comes in small manageable pieces so he did it on his own. I'm happy with it.

The building was very easy to assemble. Many reviewers said you needed 2 people to assemble it. I was able to complete it by myself in about 4 hours once the base was built. Instructions have measurements and a cut list for building the base that make it very simple. The building appears to be water tight. We've already had multiple rain storms without any problems. I would recommend this shed.
