We had purchased a swing from this company and loved it. In fact, we purchased a second one for our second home, but realized it would not be able to hang we wanted it, so doubled the one at home and bought the bench, instead. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble except one screw was missing. Hopefully it will not be a problem. The bench is extremely solid, perfectly white and is ideal. We will use it for many years

The bench arrived well packaged, came with clear instructions, and was quite easy to assemble. I do recommend that you have a work table to place the bench on (or have someone else help hold it) while attaching the legs. Once assembled the bench feels very solid and looks excellent out in the yard. The synthetic wood is quite realistic.

Purchased bench as a memorial gift. Bench was delivered 3 days after order placed. One box. Easy to assemble. Would suggest testing the bolts first in each of the "flanged screws" to make sure they go in smoothly; alignment is key.The bench is beautiful. We expect it to hold up well in Michigan weather. Very satisfied.

I'm so happy. It's very sturdy, well crafted and beautiful; it's worth every penny. What I was most impressed with was their customer service. All pieces fit together with great ease until I came to the arms. The drill holes in the arm pieces did not line up properly with the rest of the bench. I called their customer service line and a friendly, helpful and live person answered the phone after two rings! They sent me new arms and instructions highlighted in yellow for easy assembly.

This company does faux wood right. It feels like wood...not that heavy waxy feeling most plastic "wood" has. Love the benches. Straight-forward assembly (my husband assembled them himself...often with something this size it takes 2 people). We have the porch swing too. Both are very comfortable. I wish I would have known about Highwood before ordering adirondack chairs that we can hardly move, they're so heavy. I highly recommend this bench.
