Well made and sturdy, but don't abuse it!

I like to work at a steady pace and need to move from one weight to another quickly. This adjusts quickly and is very easy to use. This reduces the number of dumbbells I need to store and makes the dumbbell portion of my workout very easy and quick. Would definitely recommend.

I've used dumbbells in the past and they would take up the plates and always start to relax in the middle of the reps. These feel super safe. You don't feel the plate shake or move, which was my biggest concern when ordering. They might move a little, but not enough to distract me from my workout. These desktop units give me all the flexibility I need. I would recommend it to anyone seriously considering a home gym while trying to save space and money.

I think the idea of using only 2 dumbbells for all the weight is a really good one. However, the price is amazing and I'm surprised I bought them regardless of the price. Training still gets easier and more engaging

The product is easy to use and understand. The weight is well balanced. Comfortable grip. The adjustable knobs are very smooth and feel well designed. I really like the ability to adjust the sides to different weights, which allows for more workout variation than traditional dumbbells. The wide range of weights available allows me to use this product for all types of muscle building exercises. The overall volume of this product is small, making it ideal for small area storage. Within the first month of using this product, I made significant progress!

I've been looking into the weightlifting market for the past few months. I've been wanting to get back into exercising and recently discovered these and picked them up. I received them shortly after and when I opened the box I knew they were of high quality. Their weights come in 1 box, individually packaged and cannot move during shipping due to the tight fit of the protective polystyrene foam layer. When I took them out they were high quality material with almost no plastic. Overall the quality feels good. They are also easy to use, the only thing I had to get used to was the gearing to change the weight on either side.

If you have been looking for the perfect set of adjustable dumbbells, then this is the one for you. I'm not going to lie, I was a little hesitant and worried about buying these because some of the reviews had issues with the dumbbells being locked and one even said "DO NOT BUY" as their title 😭 but I have been wanting to buy these for the longest time now, So what I've done now, I did some research and found out that they only lock when you put them down or don't set the weight arrow to a specified numeric weight (I hope you understand this). One thing I don't really like about dumbbells is that the handles are made of rubber, glad it's more comfortable than steel handles, but I prefer those better because when you do chest press or squat exercises my hands Got a little sweaty so I was worried it would slip and have to put them down and wipe them off, which also made me consider buying some chalk powder, I guess it would just cost a little more...all in all. great!
