Answer: The Tekapo uses a standard 3 prong 110-120V outlet.Question: Do we add chemicals to the water if so is there a floating device?
Answer: To clean the spa you may add chlorine or bromine but they can not be mixed together.Question: How many gallons does this hold?

Answer: You just open the outlet valve at the bottom and connect the garden hose and water goes outQuestion: does the filter run constantly or does it turn on at only certain times i read also this is alble to be in the cold even freezing temps. is it true??
Answer: The spa can be left out all year round even in the winter. When the temperatures are cold the spa must be running otherwise the pipes will freeze. In addition the filter is always running. -

Only had this a month but it's great. Quick and easy to set up and we've been in it nearly every day since. Wasn't sure how it would compare to a fixed hot tub but for a tenth of the price it's a bargain

Easy to inflate, costs about 6 pound per dsy to keep warm. Good size and sturdy. Needs more filters and keep up of chlorine etc.

Delivered on time; Easy to set up; took 21 hrs to reach 100F as water was from a cold well;Filter motor is quiet; using 1” Cl tab in floater to maintain chlorine level; bubble jets are great;very pleased!

The hot tub is excellent very easy to setup , it is perfect for everyone to enjoy the only thing that could improve it would be to provide a bladder for the cover.

This spa is so easy to set up. Having had a layzspa Vegas previously I was really pleased that it was self inflating and didn’t require you to reconfigure pipes to blow it up. I purchased a set of cushioned mats to go underneath and I think that was a good idea as it didn’t feel very cushioned. Don’t forget to put the ‘lid/clip base’ underneath before you start to fill it. I also managed to puncture the side/bottom with a tiny sharp stone - but because you can easily re-inflate it whilst it has water in I was still able to use it whilst the puncture glue arrived. You get patches but no glue. Now puncture is fixed and it is a lovely looking tub that’s easy to look after. It does seem slightly shallower than my Vegas was - but it has much more room inside. And the remote control is brilliant - no longer having to lean half out to reach the controls.

Excellent, just what we wanted. Easy to inflate. Perfect size for 2-4 people (if 4, slim build). Keeps temperature well, would recommend a thermal cover for colder weather. Bubbles are very powerful. No need for headrests/seats as it’s very comfortable. Drinks holder/tray is great though. Really enjoying our hot tub!
