Answer:This item comes 70% assembled inside a metal crate. you will have to assemble the tires, handle bar batteries and front and rear metal racks
We do have step by step videos for assembly info but a certified technician is required if you are not familiar with the assembly of bikes. Also, it does come with a small tool kit inside the box but you may need power tools to open the metal crate..
Question:Does this have an ignition that you use a key in and does ti come with a key
Answer:Yes, it comes with ignition lock and key
Question:how fast would it go for a person who weighs 82 pounds
Answer:it can go about 30/35 MPH .. it does have a speed governor to govern down the speed as low as 5 mph

This four wheeler is great and it’s actually pretty powerful it’s a medium size and good for beginners I really would suggest it to anyone :) as you can see in the picture I have a gallon of bleach so you guys can get a good image of the size

Likes:Affordable -Appearance -Love at first sightSize appropriate -My little daughter at age 11 just makes it.She was a little intimidated by it but got over it quickly and loves to ride it.If she were any smaller it would be too big for her.My fourteen-year-old son likes it very muchI am 6 foot 198 pounds and had an absolute blast riding itPerformance -After about an hour to assembleinflate the tires and charging the battery with the included battery charger and installing it, I filled the gas tank and it started on the first crank.I love the extra featuresDo remote kill switch also has alarm and an auto start at the push of a button from 100 feet awayThe governor feature is also very cool to keep the speed down for a new Rider but you need to back it off a bit by turning the screw with your fingers to get more power and speed.Overall:I would buy it againI'm may buy a second oneI would recommend it!
