Customer questions & answers
Question: What voltage is this product?
Answer: Hello! The voltage for this is 110v - 120v.Question: What is the coolest outdoor temperature you recommend operating this spa in? I live in Wisconsin and can’t really imagine using it past November.
Answer: Haven't experienced cooler temps yet with this outdoor spa. We have insulation underneath and have a couple shipping blankets laying on top of the cover to help keep spa heated when not in use.. The spa stays heated at 104° so far during summer months. We'll know more about spa temps. this winter.Question: How long can you keep the water in it - how do drain it and how often?
Answer: I drain it once a month it just means less chemicals then it takes about 12 hrs to heat back to 90Question: What to do if it tripping every single time I plug in?
Answer: If your breaker is tripping, you need to check what other items are powered on this circuit and how many amps each item draws. Add them all up. If it is more amperage than the breaker is rated for, you will need to power something on a different breaker or make sure other items are turned off when the pump & heater are on.Question: How many total watts draw at wall? with heat on high and bubblers on high also
Answer: About 1350 watts -

I purchased this not expecting the most from it. But so far I have been pleasantly surprised. It has held up well and seems like as long as you keep on top of the maintenance it can last for a couple years. I haven’t moved it since I set it up but I am planning to take it down for the winter. I’ll try to update this next year if it holds over the winter months.

Great Hot Tub. Fast delivery. It took around 7-8 hours to get up to 104. Very comfortable, easy to clean, I love it so far!

Easy to put together and setup, took about 30 minutes overall. Took about 14 hours to heat the water up to 104 degrees after initial setup, which wasn't terrible.Girlfriend and I used it tonight for first time and jets were pretty powerful for the setup, and it held the heat rather well, only dipping about 2 degrees in the hour we used it. Tub fit the 2 of us comfortably, and probably could squeeze in a 3rd without too much issue.Highly recommend for anyone who wants the hot tub experience for a fraction of the price of a built in one.

So I can as skeptical but a few people I know they said they have an inflatable hot tub. I have had back pain everyday for 20 years since I was 16 due to a car accident, so I’m hoping this will help. I lay down in the shower for 45-60 mins every time because my back hurts so bad. A lot of people said they had to wait 2-3 months for theirs but I ordered Friday and got it Sunday and it was on SALE!!!!! Fairly easy set up, control system is a little confusing but I figured it out. So far so good I’ve used twice. I will be taking it to my newly purchased home next week. Very happy and my daughter (8 yo) loves it too.

I wasn't sure about these portable hot tubs. But Wow. So glad we did it. This was a perfect and affordable choice. It's amazing and relaxing and just right for two adults. No problem keeping the water hot in our little hot tub room/tent. Makes lots of bubbles and feels wonderful on achy knees and shoulders. Easy to set up and clean. Totally recommend this purchase.

Set up in a rush and hubby didn't read directions. This hot tub has many improvements over past tubs. We placed it in our garage on those foam interlocking squares. Improvements include integrated chlorine dispenser, improved layout of display and padded bottom. Have been using it for a couple of weeks and find it very comfortable for two people. Our granddaughter enjoys it as a pool. We keep it set at 102 and pull the cover over us and use the cover as a table for laying out the newspaper, propping a book or device. This helps with inevitable heat loss when using the tub with the cover off.

Wow, this little tub is exactly what I was hoping for. Super easy to inflate and fill. I'm running an extension cord to it with no problems. The only thing that takes awhile is figuring out the chemicals, which has a steep learning curve. Been enjoying it for two weeks now -- best purchase of the summer!

Works great. Wife put it in our screened it. Just make sure you're aware of water quality and chemicals needed. That took a bit to realize it's a pool. Electric bill wasn't much more. Typically lower it to 100 during the day. When I get home from work I crank it to 104 and give it a couple hours before getting in. Couldn't be happier with price and quality.

We absolutely love our tub!! We use it all the time. Easy to drain and fill. Hot and relaxing. Plenty of room for two, probably 1 other no problem. Able to keep temperature fairly easy. Bubble jets are better than any hot tub. Totally therapeutic. Ratchet straps for the lid make it snug and secure. Well built. Would buy again
