This hot tub was a bit of a trick putting it together. Because it’s winter and it was going on my porch I needed to bring everything in and warm it up or you would get an error code. The directions are only pictures no words. Anyone with a little common sense will figure it out. Took about 20 hours to get to 95 degrees and starting at 50 degrees. Love it .

I have read many people asking how to add chlorine tablets. If you read the instructions/directions it states liquid chlorine is best. To do get get chlorine granulars (purchase from your local hot tub store) an mix with pool water. I take an empty milk jug fill it half way and pour in 1/2 to full cup of granulars then pour it back into your tub. If you put the granulars straight into the tub it ruins the plastic. If anyone was once a pool operator this will bring back many memories. Lol.

The cover did not seem to be holding the heat in so I purchased a sheet of insulation from the hardware store and cut a perfect circle. I lay the insulation over the cover then cover with a round outdoor patio table cover that I purchased for $20. Now I notice the heater is not always needing to be on. I live in a very cold area with temperatures between 5-30 degrees and this hot tub is always at 104. Also, when I go in during super cold days I just push the cover over far enough that I can climb in then pull it back over the water to keep my electric bill down. I use this every single day. Love love love it. So easy to maintain. I change the filter daily and just wash out the dirty one in my kitchen sink and let it dry for the next day. Highly recommend this hot tub with some easy tweaks to save money on your bill.

I have a lot of pain and I purchased this item to help ease my joints. It was very easy to assemble (I watched some videos as well). It filled up in less than two hours and since I have it inside the water heated up within 24 hours. The bubbles do take the temp down a bit but I don't use them long enough really for that to be an issue for me. I would prefer that the temp go higher but I am still pleased at 104 degrees. I am so happy with my purchase. This is a portable spa so it was pretty much what I expected it to be. It is sturdy but I don't know when to add air, the thickness is good, but could have more cushion on the bottom. Overall I am glad I made this purchase and I have used it everyday since I installed it!

Got this set up in about 30 minutes..easy.....filked it up with 66 degree water..over night it took 15 hrs to heat to 104 degree..got in it and it is heaven..Stay in it about 1 HR.only dropped 2 degrees. We are in a RV and our camp ground hot tub has been out of order for a month, so we thought why not.Highly recommend, especially for the cost.Very sturdy, well made, easy to assemble, plenty big for 2 grown adults4 might be tight...time will tell if it holds up and continues to perform well...i sure hope so.

I had this hot tub almost a year and I have not have no issue with it heats up pretty quick and I like the air bubble jets there is a inside ring and an outer side ring and the walls are durable I had two other inflatable hot tubs from different companies and they did not last and I like the Wi-Fi part on it.

Awesome addition to our small outdoor deck. Takes awhile to increase the temperature, but otherwise it works just as well as any other hot tub I’ve been in. Excellent cover is inflatable (which helps hold the temperature) and has a sturdy overlap which seals it up snuggly. Four child proof buckles hold the cover securely in place. Spacious enough to totally submerge up to the top of my neck, and equally so with one other adult. Easy to keep up with maintenance.

Excellent quality and design. Kept heat during first spa, California around 48 degrees. Used Hot Water Heater to fill so only took a few hours to get to 104.Was able to assemble by myself, 64 yrs old woman in pretty good shape. Took about an hour.Only on day two but so far everything great. This feels much more sturdy than my prior inflatable, semi rigid frame and bottom very comfortable. Very powerful bubbles, Bromide dispenser built in with easy access to that and filter.

I love this hot tub. I was skeptical at first to buy it. I needed one and couldn't afford the fiberglass ones. It was easy to put together. I did it myself without help. Took about half an hour to put up. About another hour, hour and a half to fill and not even 24 to heat. Stays at the 104 temperature, even when it is 25 degrees or below. Anyone who lives here knows that it is 90 degrees one day and 20 degrees the next day. I highly recommend this hottub. I just use it for the heat and not the jets, but those work well too. They just bring the temperature down a couple of degrees. I use it a couple times a day for the arthritis that racks every joint in my body. It works GREAT. If you put it on concrete make sure that there is some kind of mat under it so the concrete doesn't keep it cold. Thank you
