To Unlock the Display Lock - The default password is 000. To Set Your Own Code - Press the "-" button and the power button together for 10 seconds. Then use the "+" button to input the first number of your code and press the power button to set. Repeat the process to set your own individual code. Had purchased the gmax ultra less than a year ago, ran into front wheel not holding air after while use , so gotrax sent me a replacement wheel within 4 days no questions asked

My first e-scooter and I'm really satisfied. The delivery is much faster than expected. I bought it, and I got it the next day to my door (expectation was 1 to 2 weeks).Charging is fast. Battery life is better than expected (only run on L1 until now). Very useful, I live in a city with a lot of hills... sometime I must put a foot on the ground to help to reach the top of the hill but is not a problem... Only one qustion: How is it possible to live without this toy?

Greatest scooter on price range.I previously owned a slightly smaller E-scooter. I found myself wanting longer range so I decided to upgrade. The G MAX ULTRA is equippment with high capacity 36V/15.6Ah LG Battery with a maximum travel range of up to 45 miles. This scooter feels just as solid. The frame is sturdy and made of strong aluminum. It can handle a maximum of 220 pound. The 10" pneumatic air tires made for a smooth and comfortable ride on most surfaces.It can definitely get me anywhere I need to go in my city. It's small enough that I just take it with me if I need to go into a store.The scooter has a built-in LED headlight, tail LED light that make the ride safer. The scooter has cruise control, LED display that shows speed, battery life, speed mode and mileage. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

This is an amazing personal electric scooter. It's a bit heavier than I would like, but that's the battery, and I am happy for the trade. It has enough power to do every hill on my commute with ease

Used it for a couple of days now. I tip the scale at the weight limit of 220 lbs. Power delivery is linear and predictable. Stopping power is adequate and progressive. Tires are grippy and soaking up the bumps. Stable with à platform large enough to change stance while riding. So far I have traveled 21 miles at maximum possible speed on flat (20 mph), uphill (14-15 mph) and downhill streets, with 3 bars left (out of 4), before becoming sluggish (14 mph on flat, 5-6 mph uphill): I touched the motor-wheel and it was really hot, so the sluggishness must be to protect the electric motor from overheating. I'm gonna let it cool and see how far I can go with a complete charge!So far, it is a solid rider, rugged and stable while staying portable.EDIT: When I powered it back again, the sluggishness was explained: the battery was down to one bar and blinking. The battery was dead. Nevertheless, 21 miles on an abuse test is still great IMHO!

This scooter rides smooth, stable and I like the feel of the 10”tires. It assembles within minutes, but take your time when installing the handle bar with provided screws and hex key wrench. After single wire connection, and inserting screws, tighten screws evenly using the hex key wrench at the end of the handle with tips of fingers until it springs for proper torque. Make sure it's fully charged and with LG battery long range,have fun!

First electric scooter for me. Easy to assemble, solidly made, heavy, easy to store, smooth ride, fast, good range. Lots of fun, if your community is set up with protected bike trails etc. it is a great mode of transport. Very easy to ride and enjoyable, get around quickly. Buy another more secure lock. Great for storing in your condo. You won't be disappointed.
