It arrived in a really heavy box, & was perfectly & protectively packaged. It really is a steel frame. It took me almost 3 hours to put it together, but only because I'm lacking in strength due to arthritis issues. It was difficult to lift the bike while trying to get the bolts lined up & through the frame leg bars, because they go in from underneath & bolt on from above, but I did get it done by putting 2 books under the "leg bars" to hold the weight of the bike while I tightened the bolts. It is heavy, so I had trouble tipping/pulling it forward to move it, but it actually looks so nice, that I'm comfortable leaving it in my living room. The tools that are included are Amazing, durable, & reuseable--meaning that they aren't cheap, & didn't bend 😁 The book was very helpful with detailed instructions & pictures. I feel like this company put a lot of thought & care into designing this Yosuda Bike, & that they really care about their customers.
