exceeded all my expectations. As renters, we didn't want to put in a full spa, but as a previous owner of a Thermospa, this thing works great. No jets, but the bubbles all around are very powerful so no complaints from me. Heat maintains well and it is easy to maintain. So sturdy you can sit up on the edge without causing even a dent, and I'm not a small girl. Easy setup as well.

We have only had this a few days, but really love it so far. We are wondering why we waited so long to buy this!It was super easy to set up. It probably took 20 mins. I followed the directions and everything worked just like it was supposed to. For now, we are heating it a little to use it in the evening. We will stop heating it soon. We are in AZ and are going to try to keep it a little cooler for the summer months, this may require some ice!

I bought this as a temp hot tub to make sure I liked it and would use it! I doubt I’ll ever upgrade to a standard hot tub. This is perfect for me... I float in it on hot days keeping the temperature around 95 and turn it up in the evening. It is big enough and deep enough to do my morning stretches in it, and the bubble feature is quite powerful and gets my muscles a good massage! You won’t be disappointed with this purchase!!!

This product is very well made and relatively east to build. The directions could use more illustrations but I figured it out. The 6 person is more like 4 people max with knees into chest. 6 people would be too tight in my opinion. The LED display can't be read in daylight. I had to drape a towel over my head to set it. Also, the head rests need a suction cup or some other method to adhere to the side. Not sure where to store them with the cover on.

I bought this on a whim after reading great reviews and we all say I wish I had bought it at the beginning of the pandemic. Everyone loves it! We are still learning about the chemicals but that is the only issue so far. We’ve even had to empty and refill it once and that was simple too. I set it up myself while my husband was at work and it’s super simple. It even comes with a color changing light that I love. We bought the cup holders and the seats also. The headrests that came with it aren’t shaped right for me but I sit pretty low in it. I have no idea what the water or electric bills will be but I don’t expect problem. We also bought a 1” thick gym mat like puzzle pieces for underneath and I highly recommend that idea.

Pleasantly Surprised! This product is extremely sturdy, especially for an inflatable hot tub. Easy to set up. Took under 30 minutes. And customer service is amazing. Had an issue with delivery but they were very responsive and took care of the issue right away! Will definitely recommend this product and company to my friends and family.

The Fam has always wanted a hot tub. Saw this and was encouraged by the price. SUPER easy to setup. We filled it with hot water from a hose I ran from the laundry, so we were ready to use in like 30 minutes from opening the box. After a few weeks, the power was not going on unless you wiggled the plug (something must have come loose). Wrote the company, gave them the detail and they sent a new unit very quickly. We've had it a couple months and it's great. Uses very little power, we keep it on pretty much all the time. The spa is air bubbles not jets, but you can still feel it against your back for the message. Both my wife and I have had sore backs that feel better after a time in it.

This was an impulsive decision. I didnt even read the reviews until after it got here. I even thought about returning it, but I didn't. I love this little hot tub. It makes me smile every time I see it. Truth: 3 adults are comfortable....maybe 4 would be ok. But I love this silly little hot tub! It makes me.gigfle a little because it feels like it should be a kiddie pool, but th water goes up to my hairline, it stays plenty hot ( 101° and we get out about 40 min later at 99°). The instructions call for it to be taken down when the temp is 39°(or something like that). All in all I love this little thing and I'm super glad we got it! Note: it doesn't come with starter chemicals, so pre-order those.

For an inexpensive alternative to a typical hot tub - this is serving my household well. Easy to set up and upack. Had it up and running that afternoon, though it took a while to heat up, but it does say 2 degrees an hour so we had to wait a day for it to get good and hot. Follow directions and you will be satisfied. If you are looking for a great alternative to the traditional hot tub, invest in this product. I did order a cup holder and a couple of seats, as well as an outdoor waterproof bluetooth speaker to complete my package, but even with the add ons, it was cheaper than the hard fiberglass ones. I put this on my back deck and been in it everyday since I set it up.

I purchased this so I would have some water fun in my backyard this summer. This hot tub is easy to put up and maintain. I don't think I would want 6 people in it as it would be a little tight but for me and my husband it is perfect. So glad we purchase this. I have been in it almost everyday since I got it.
