Question: how long does the unit take to heat from beginning to 104 degrees?
Answer: When I filled my spa, it took around 28-30 hours to get it to 104. Thats with the surrounding area at 45-50F degrees. The water started out at 54F degrees also, so roughly around 1-2 degrees per hourQuestion: How do you drain water from the tub? Is there an adaptor for a garden hose? Thanks
Answer: A garden hose adapter is provided that will allow most of the water to be drained. Once most of the spa water is drained, open the bottom drain valve on the pool floor to remove any remaining water.Question: How many gallons of water does it hold?
Answer: this holds 192 gallons of water.Question: Can I use in the winter
Answer: Yes but i would suggest put it indoors in the winter time, unless you have a gazebo type thing cause im sure it would get ruined from the ice and snow. -

Best thing I have bought in a very long time. The strength of the bubbles blew me away. Easy to put up and start using. Mine is outside and I keep an added comforter on it when really cold. It holds the temp night and day. I do have a tent over it since it has been so rainy. I get in after workouts and has helped with soreness and just feels fantastic. Sooooo worth the money!

This was a great buy for sure it has so many jets and works great for a great price and perfect size too it set up so fast like an air mattress but super sturdy

I luckily find this on the desk of the day and it is a great buy. I enjoy going in after a long day and looking up at the stars. You still need bromine or chlorine tablets to keep the water clean and stable. I use bromine since it seems easier on the skin.

Despite some negatives...takes a long time to heat up initially and periodic error codes from the heater (which the company replaced), and my electric bill was $40 more last month...I love this thing! It's so relaxing. I look forward at the end of every work day to getting home and going in my hot tub. Tweenagers love it to.

This is a game changer for the price. The temp control is a little inconsistent. Sometimes it’ll be below what we set it at. Sometimes it’ll “end” and just cool off. But if we check it about 2 hours before we want to go in, it usually gets hot enough. Water care is easy. Fits two adults comfortably. Overall highly recommended.

Easy setup, super nice and relaxing. The built in thermostat is very inaccurate and off by at least a few degrees from an old school thermometer on any given day. But it gets plenty hot and is the perfect size for 3, 4 if you are friendly and willing to accept some contact .Very happy, if it lasts 2 or three years I'll be fully satisfied for the price I paid

LOVE this spa! So hot and relaxing. Easy to maintain. I check chemicals and temp daily during heavy use and weekly other times. Also, change filters as needed. Spa has always been crystal clear and hot! Yes, running the jets/bubbles drops the temp, so I always soaked a bit first, then turn them on.One evening apparently the GFI tripped. I could not get the pump/heater back on. Got a hold of customer service the next day and they taught me the trick of holding the “on” button for 10 seconds and we were good to go again! Great tub, great service. I spent days researching these spas. I picked a good one and now you can too!

Seriously i have no dislikes. I LOVE this hot tub. The fact its inflatable makes it easy to move indoors or outdoors depending on weather conditions depends on where i keep it. Would not have that convince with a standard one that would be heavy and difficult to move by myself. This hot tub gets so much use i should have bought one years ago. The whole family loves it. Very Easy to clean and so relaxing.

We thought we'd try this for a season or two to decide if we wanted to go all-in on an expensive SPA......but we love this. The design is foolproof in both assembly and maintenance. Several pleasant surprises: the floor is padded, the bubbler works GREAT and is all of the way around the tub, not just from one or two places, and for one person it is actually larger than the rigid, pre-formed types of spas. The low profile is also nice. Since you never open the main unit to change the filters it is sealed and that makes it really easy.
