Super awesome scooter fast efficient and there's nothing else like it it goes faster than most mopeds and small dirt bikes. They sent off-roading tires and City street tires seat has shock absorb and super bright lights with turn signals and LEDs so it can be seen at night and looks really awesome and a very loud horn comes with a key and it's super heavy duty I ran into some issues cuz I never wrote something so fast and messed up the odometer and some parts. They were quick to replace it and take care of the issue customer service is also really good and it's nice to know they have parts in stock for the future I will never have to pay gas again with a mile range of that much I take it to and from work and never have to pay anything I charge it at that local stores on the outside like Dollar general and Wendy's when there's outlets available. Pretty much every store has outlets on the outside they don't mind when you use them so I pretty much get free transportation and never have to pay gas with speeds of up to 60 mph took it on the highway a couple of times and often highways that have a speed limit of 50 this scooter is completely perfect it's a little scary sometimes riding a scooter that fast. But I think it's pretty awesome and I will definitely leave another review after a year or so thanks so much

Segway has made a good product with this one. It is not uncomfortably fast, and has 3 modes of operation. In the first mode, you have to be going at a certain speed before the thumb throttle becomes active. In mode 2, you just have to get going a little bit and the motor will keep you going without the need of the throttle. The third mode is like the first mode, but possibly a little bit fast. It uses solid tires, but the suspension is decent. There is a handle for engaging the disc brakes as well as a mechanical brake over the rear tire. Both are more than capable of bringing this scooter to a stop.There seems to be some built in protection to keep the scooter from "running away", in that the scooter will want to stop if the wheels are free spinning or become unloaded while the motor is running. Overall, this is an excellent electric scooter for a young child. It is lightweight, easy to transport, sturdy/durable, and has a kick stand. It charges fairly quickly and has a decent range on it. It is a good value. I recommend it.
