I do not have negative comments on the house. The children already argue over who will use the phone in the house. Very well pleased. This was purchased for a great nephew, age 4, and a great niece, age 2. They love it and live in another state. Mom and dad were able to put it together with ease. Well worth the cost.

We received this Murphy bed yesterday. Delivery was seamless - excellent driver. The Murphy bed is beautiful piece of furniture, comfortable and of really good quality. We have a small house so needed to turn one of the guest rooms into a multipurpose room. We mounted a TV above the Murphy bed so use it as a family room, and can easily transform it to a very comfortable guest room when we need it. We're very happy and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Murphy bed. It is so much nicer than the beds built into the wall.
