It was delivered earlier than expected. Good quality product I watched the video for installation that was better than the instructions that were sent with the gazebo. I had very little help putting this thing together it ended up taking two full days. I’m not sure on the rubber type windows but they seem to be working out fine although no instructions on how to clean them. The packages came on one big pallet. I would tell anyone this is a quality gazebo just takes a little extra time to put together .

Love this set! It is as beautiful as it looks online. The fire table is wonderful. Everyone has asked where we got it. Our patio now looks like a picture in a magazine. It is fairly big so make sure you measure your space.

This product is fairly well made, easy to put together (should use 2 people if possible) and a lot of fun. Within a few days, the score board went out. I simply followed the steps in the manual, contacted the manufacturer, and they sent me a new one for free. Essentially they give you free parts for life from what I can tell.
