We are very happy with this furniture! The quality seems very good. Cushions are firm and comfortable. We were able to assemble it in a few hours. The little bags with items needed were really helpful and there were extra parts in all of them. After getting them out on the patio it started to rain (of course) and that continued for 3 days however rain beaded and puddled and as soon as the rain stopped we were able to wipe off and sit on dry furniture! I cannot speak to customer service quality as we did not need them! That was wonderful. Highly recommend this patio set.

First off, my customer service experience was top notch. Had a small issue, reported it and the service rep found the issue and responded in what seemed like a few minutes. Second, frame very easy to install, but I would liked to have had 1 more vertical support for the rear of the enclosure to add better stability. Lastly, the wire mesh takes a fair amount of time to secure to the frame, so be prepared to do some cutting and fitting. The entire enclosure doesn’t become rigid until this process is finished. Once together, it’s a good size and does the job we need it too.
