Question:Do I need to have people there to help me unload it and set it up, or is that included in delivery?
Answer:Mine came in a big box on a pallet and they unloaded it from the truck and set it down next to my driveway using a pallet jack. I had to unbox it, move the pieces to my desired location and assemble it - which you'll definitely want at least two people for - the main section of the fireplace is very heavy.Question:Can this fireplace be raised up on concrete blocks and concrete footing?

Just look up your local fireplace store and give them a call and explain what you are trying to do.Question:What are the clearances to combustible on unit? the manual did not reflect what was required.
Answer:We recommend to have a 5 feet away clearance from the fireplace.Question:Is this available without the side tables? Or is it possible to not have the side tables connected?

Its beautiful and so simple to put together but you will need a couple of men to lift the main fireplace out of shipping crate. It took longer to get it out of the metal crate than actually putting it together. I got it within one week of ordering.

Love it! Easy to assemble. Looks fantastic. Some pieces were damaged in shipment, however company'ed me replacement pieces ASAP. Nice!!

I love my fireplace! What I love is esthetically it’s beautiful, the copper sets it off and since I have cooper accents like rain chains, mail box in front yard and copper farm sink in kitchen and now this in the back yard it all flows together. It brings such a beautiful peaceful element to our yard. We live on the water in Florida so I’ll only get to use this in the winter months. But it will get used!! The packaging is sturdy but ours came missing a piece and also dented. The company was really good about replacing. We called them and they were amazing. I still highly recommend this fireplace.

We wanted to upgrade our patio fireplace but wanted to avoid having to build a permanent unit. This was a perfect choice. The packaging was daunting: 500+ pounds! Like moving a refrigerator down the hill to our walkout. But shipped in a metal cage that provided impeccable protection for the contents. Only about 7 pieces to stack and dovetail together seamlessly. Definitely a two person job! Completed in about 30 minutes. It's aesthetically pleasing, And practically designed with a pull-out tray to make for easy disposal of ashes. And the racks all along the base are both attractive and allow for ready reloading of sticks of wood to keep your fire blazing. Great buy. Highly recommended.

Right now we are very pleased with the purchase. I am a bit concerned about some areas forming rust. Too hard to say right now. However, we notice in the inner FP section there are specks of rust already forming. I am hoping it is just on the surface and nothing a little bristle brush won't take care of it. It is absolutely beautiful though. It was very well packed and easy for my husband and I to place together.
