Requires more than one person to put together. When completed it has a fantastic amount of room. We put the skylights on the back because of sun. Cleared out the extraneous stuff in garage to the new shed. We used three people. One on outside; one on inside; and one to read directions, fetch the pieces, and be the foreman.

Looks good and water tight but it early days to see if can handle snow and wind .Be aware, one of the three box is very heavy and Awkward to move about. buy saying that once the Patio was Laid the shed was up within a day and half , doing it on my own .very please with the look and size of shed

It took me and my 21 year old grandson about 10 hours to assemble the storage shed. Had I been more diligent in reading the instruction, we may have completed the task in 8 - 9 hours. Follow the steps very carefully, and you should have NO problem assembling this unit. I love the available light inside from the windows,Sky light,and 4 little sun roofs. I purchased two sets of shelves 48 W X 72 H X 24 D, that fit perfectly across the back wall. I installed l the two 8 Ft shelves that came in the package on the same wall, and the corners shelves in the same available corner. The metal Shed I replaced was sitting on a cement slab, so that was the easy part. Maybe a little expensive, but If it lasts as long as my Vinyl Siding on my house and the vinyl fence around my house, I'll be more than happy

This storage shed is an upgrade, as I had a 7 x 7. Greatly needed the extra storage. My only suggestion is to ensure your foundation is level. With that, installation went well. Recommend highly for anyone needing the storage.

I did a lot of research before purchasing this shed to replace my hail damaged 8x10 metal shed. I looked at Suncast (no 8x10's) & US Leisure sold at Home Depot, DuraMax sold at Lowes. Home Depot only ships to the certain stores so you have to pick it up with a large truck and/or trailer. Lowes would ship the DuraMax (looked just like the Suncast but 8x10) to my door but all of the complaints about the construction and quality was a big turn-off. Then, I discovered the Lifetime at Amazon. Suncast, DuraMax and Lifetime look just alike although color choices may differ. However, only Lifetime appeared to have really good reviews on construction and quality after assembly. (Home Depot/Lowes/Amazon reviews). This company's price was the best I could find anywhere at the time.I downloaded the full manual (with written instructions) from the Lifetime website and watched a YouTube video "Building Our Lifetime Shed" after ordering the shed. This gave me a good head start and made me realize that proper planning and being familiar with the assembly details would practically eliminate the famous "if I had to do it again". The biggest advantage was pre-assembling parts before final construction.

One definitely needs a solid base either framed or poured. Took me 3 hrs to unpack and assemble the trusses and door hardware, second day from 8am -2pm with help on the roof tiles. Still have 2 skylights to install and then I need to spider bomb the interior as I've found at least 3 large black widow spiders unpacking and assembling the shed that were shipped with the boxes of shed pieces.Overall happy with the product, traditionally I would have framed a shed from wood, this is far quicker, less expensive bit we'll have to see how it holds up to freeze thaw here in Colorado.

Assembly was much harder than directions look. The corner wall assembly is extremely difficult and will test your patience - pause and take a deep breath…use of a rubber mallet will be needed. I didn’t necessarily go in the order that the directions instructed due to having assistance - was nice to have the doors and skylight panels ready for when we had the walls up. Parts aren’t labeled clearly - especially the bags…use the yellow pages and sort your 3 boxes by sections to make life easier for yourself!
