Quality of this product is very good, from the minute I took the first piece out of the box I knew it was good quality. Even the screen and sun panels are of durable, high-quality. In addition to the quality we love the look and the color. On the downside, other reviews mention this but the installation instructions are VERY BAD. Not only are there no words to give detail in the instructions but even the pictures are not great and don't provide the detail to make it easily understandable. I am pretty good about figuring this kind of thing out so the install instructions weren't the end of the world, however I will warn anyone buying this that the install is very time consuming. Took two of us 20 hours (that's 40 working hours) to get this completely put together. I would recommend you get 4-5 people to help put this together, once the main structure is up 2 groups of 2 people working on the roof at the same time would be a time-saver and make the process easier. I do recommend this product, we are very happy with the quality and look forward to this providing many years of enjoyment.

All parts were labeled well and fit together well. Other than lifting the roof, which took 4 of us about 5 minutes, the rest was assembled by two people. Other people in our resort have aluminum gazebos from different companies and this one from Purple Leaf seems to be superior. Very happy with the product.

We needed this to provide shade poolside in our back yard. It is a great size, sturdy, heavy, and looks very nice.I generally do not do reviews. But I must commend this seller. We did have an issue of one piece missing. No judgment - stuff happens. But they responded so quickly to my report of the problem and went above and beyond to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. They were friendly and served in the best manner possible. We are satisfied customers.

This gazebo is an excellent value. It is very well engineered, with all parts having a perfect fit, and it is very structurally sound. Installation requires two people, and the instruction manual is very clear and well written and illustrated. All screws have extras to replace those that always get dropped and lost during construction! Rain is routed to the corners, preventing the “waterfall effect” of cascading over the sides and blowing inside. Curtains and screens were very easy to install and enhance the overall beauty is the structure. So glad I bought this!

We had a few challenges as the directions were hard to understand at times but the Purple Leaf company customer service was awesome . The best advice we can offer is to have two people with two ladders and don’t completely tighten everything down until the roof panels are added. Keep reviewing if things are square and sometimes moving the structure a bit will allow the pieces to go in easier.

After reading other buyers reviews, I decided it was best to open all 6 boxes, sort and check to make sure I had all pieces before starting. Each lettered section was wrapped together yet separate from other sections. I kept the foam wrapping on them and wrote the piece letter on the foam and then tried to line them up as close to alphabetical as I could within my space. This was SUCH a lifesaver once we began assembly. Most of the construction was simple and directions were somewhat easy to follow. The roof was a bit challenging as we had to make a few adjustments to get some of the pieces to fit. The instructions say you’ll need a screw driver and a level. (We didn’t use either of those) and this comes with Allen wrenches. We used a tape measure rather than a level and since there are hundreds of screws, you will definitely want an electric screw driver. When the directions say, “don’t over tighten” make sure you listen as you’ll need whatever part is loose to be adjustable later. So now that the work is done, we absolutely LOVE our new gazebo. It’s going to be perfect for keeping the setting sun off of us when we eat outside in the summer, it’s also going to be nice having some protection agains mosquitoes and the chilly night air without actually having to go in. We will have to add some lighting as it gets very dark with the curtains closed which reminds me… we can use this as a changing area for the pool as well. I needed something to give me shade for my patio and this gazebo was the ticket. It arrived on time and was easy to assemble. All of the pieces were there and were very well made. I could not be more pleased. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. The furniture looks beautiful inside and this will make summer much more pleasant. It is well built and very sturdy. I would totally recommend this item if someone is looking for one.

Very pleased with my purchase of the Purple leaf gazebo. From the start I was contacted by customer service with a message letting me know the 5 tracking numbers for FedEx that was shipping my gazebo. I was impressed the aluminum construction was so light it could be shipped FedEx. It arrived and the quality of construction was very good and solid for being light weight it is very strong and sturdy. The canvas curtains are very thick and heavy, i assume they will stand up to the harsh Arizona sun. The instructions were easy to follow, they were almost all pictures, few words and good labels on every panel and part and screw. My wife and I assembled it over 3 evenings, probably 8 hours total. The company checked in with me to make sure everything arrived, answered any questions I had, I was confident if there were an issue they would address it immediately.
